Mission Statement

Musical theater is an art form that combines many of the best ways of storytelling. At its core it is live actors and musicians connecting with each other to create art and inspire others. Julius uses his musical ability and leadership to help create musical theatre that has a positive impact on others.

For many centuries the stage has been a place for people to make commentary for change. Theatre and music has been at the forefront of social and economic fights for justice throughout the history of The United States in particular. Julius Draws inspiration from artists such as Nina, Simone, Billie Holiday, Marvin Gaye, Jeanine Tesori, Lin Manuel Miranda, and Alex Lacamoire. These Great artists all used their talents to create a better world around them and Julius will work to do the same.

Theatre education has always been extremely important to Julius as well. Having been through many amazing education programs as a teen. Educational theatre is not simply about learning to dance, sing or act; this is just the surface. Through it you learn how to work with others, experience failure, being in touch with your emotions, history, empathy, and how to have confidence in your self.
